Cosign with parents to buy a home that my family will be living in until we can sell our current home and then refinance and remove parents from the title and mortgage. In laws are going to help us sell current home. Does anyone see any legal issues with this? Or past experiences in doing this?
Is it better to not cosign now and then buy from parents all together?
This new home would be our "forever" home.
