With several people involved in lawsuit, each of them want their own way against another. How do court pick?
Example:
On new homes development, construction company mistaken built house on wrong lot. Now the mortages is on homeowner name. The landowner just have a unwanted house on their land.
So at lawsuit, homeowner want to erase mortgage because nothing is being built on their lot.
Landowner want either removed the house by tear down or give landowner a free house.
The Mortgage company would want to force construction company to pay off the loan or either homeowner or landowner to willing take over.
The Home Builder just want simple work out such as switch the name on lands between two people.
