my father wants to sell the house and give have half the money to my mom "we" as in my mother and brothers don't want to leave, my youngest brother is 14. Lawyer said its looking like we might to have to sell the house. So i was thinking if there was a way i could get a loan for 50k and later paid it with the house under my name and use the house equity to get a better interest rate on it. I have job where i make 36k after tax credit score 660 house is worth about 140k my mother has no credit and makes minimum wage. If so where do i go to get this type of loan.
