Can you move home during the fixed term mortgage period or do you have to wait until the fixed term is over?
Added (1). My fiance and I have a 25 year mortgage which is 4 years fixed term. We are in our second year now and want to move out next year. Is this possible as we will still be in our 4 years fixed period?
Added (2). Will we have to pay an early repayment charge for moving before the four years are up?
