Why are East Asians so skinny?

I'm talking about Chinese, Japanese etc. I love their structure so much! They are so short, skinny and look really dainty and delicate. I envy this girl in my year so much who is asian, she's so gorgeous, she's short and got a really small frame, small hands and feet. She's skinny but has an amazing body, has big boobs, big bum, wide hips and a Really tiny waist with a flat stomach, her legs are really nice, they aren't chicken legs they are slender but plump at the same time.

Is there a reason why a lot of asian girls are slender and short? I know not all of them are like that but I'm sick of being built like a 40 year old man with three kids and a mortgage and having loads of fat but absolutely no curves at all.
