Grandma is losing her house. What to do?

I'm a teen and I live with my grandma. She's been having problems with paying her mortgage since 2012. Last year, she almost lost the house. She brought herself some time and now she has until the beginning of July to pay in full (Around $35,000 or so) or else the house is going on a list. I've tried getting a job, she wouldn't let me. I don't understand why she waited until the very last minute to tell everyone that she's having problems with the house again. We live in the Akron, Ohio area. What should I do?
