My mortgage approval chances? 19 years old?
Added (1). Im a 19 year old full time university student looking to purchase a home in the 80k range.
I am able to put 20% down and have a 630 credit score.

I have a part time 30hr a week job currently (will only last till the end of summer.) I make about 9k a year part time.

I have done the calculators online and they say i would be allowed to be loaned about 400 a month for a house with 20% down. What do you think my chances of being approved is?
Added (2). I have no debt and no expenses as i live with my parents and they pay for my school. The 900 i make a month is my income after expenses.
