Money locked from a will until I'm 25. Can I get it before then?

When my nan died she left us all some money. I would like to move out and put some of it down as a deposit for a mortgage. I want to know how easy it would be to get the money released now even though I'm nearly 20 and it shouldn't be given to me until I am 25. Can someone tell me or at least guide me into my next steps?
