Asking for seller to make a lot of repairs?

My wife and I are getting an FHA loan so some repairs have to be done. Not really an option. A lot of the other repairs are things that were not noticeable when we looked at the house. Like to toilets are loose in both bathrooms, clogged drain in the garage, a specific brand of electrical panel the is known to not trip breakers and a few other safety concerns and one or two defective items need fixing. Their were several more things needing done but I consider those to be basic stuff I can take care of

I have read that two things to get fixed are safety things and defects. I am not going to ask more new appliances but I think the garage doors should both work and nothing should be a fire risk. Are those reasonable requests?
