How to send the signed GFE and the Initial Disclosure set back to my Mortgage agent?

Added (2). I am taking a mortgage for my new home and I just signed the GFE and the Initial disclosure set. The women assisting me just went on leave so I wanted to know how do I send the signed papers ( about 100 papers) back to the company? Scanning and emailing does not seem logical and I can't get in touch with the lady.
