I need to know if there is any way that I might get screwed over with my house?

I have been with a woman for a 11 years and it has come to its end. We are not married and we have a daughter together. We are splitting up.

I purchased a home in 2010 with my father as a co-signer. Now that were are splitting up she wants to have her name put on the title/mortgage.

I don't have a problem with that, especially that she has been the breadwinner for the past couple of years or so. But since she resents me and doesn't care for me much anymore I am scared that there is a possibility that she could screw me over. I am not exactly sure how or even if it could happen. I need to know this before I have my father sign a quit claim deed and add her name to the house.
