Hello, I ve lived in my house for two years. It was brand new. Somehow the title company or the Clark County recorder messed up and recorded my name wrong? I don t have a mortgage and own the home free and clear. Can the title company fix this for me? I wrote my name correctly. Wasn t it their responsibility to ensure it was correct?
