Unemployed, can i mortgage my house?

hi all, i am unemployed since last two years. All my savings have turned zero.
now i had a flat under construction which is ready for possession however i have to pay builder balance amount.

is it possible i take a mortgage on house, pay builder take possession and repay as and when i get a job hopefully
i have no source of income and tried all my known to raise payment but unable to do so and dont want that house to go
