How much are the average bills in the UK?

My uncle in Norwich is leaving his house to live with his new girlfriend who is in another country. My uncle owns the house in Norwich with no mortgage and no plans of selling the house, I'm immigrating back to the UK and I am hoping to find the cheapest place to stay.

I was born in Somerset and I am a British/Irish citizen with British/Irish passports as are my parents, so please don't think I'm unable to live in the UK.

I'm hoping that if my uncle allows me to stay in his house for about 2 - 4 months until I get on my feet in the UK, I won't have to dig into my savings paying a landlord. I would have full intent to pay my uncle any money I spend on electricity, gas, etc. However I'm wondering how much this would be?

Added (2). From what I remember when I was last there, he lives in a 2 bedroom semi-detached house.
