How to sell my house with owner financing?
Added (1). I am trying to sell my house but I currently have tenants and they are asking about the possibility of me doing owner financing. I do not know anything about how to do owner financing however. I currently still have a mortgage on it so how would that work? I need to sell the house ASAP due to bills and other reasons. Please help me if you can.
