How would you do a mortgage in Utah with 4 people?

How would you do a mortgage in Utah with 4 people? Some people i work with and I are wanting to buy a building to run a computer type business through. We are only looking to spend about 20,000 on a small modular home. Would we be able to do a mortgage in all our names? And what would be the complications with using a modular home?
