What to do with an extra 1000 a month?

My husband and i have no debt. Mortgage is paid. After bills, expenses, entertainment and savings we have an extra 1000. What is the best thing to do with it? What would you do? Invest in stocks? Charity etc? We already max our roths, a 401k and have a years emergency fund in liquid
