Would i be approved a business loan?

i am looking to purchase a subway franchise and wondering if i would be approved a business laon. Below is general information

25 Years old.
60k saved up
Income:37k/annual
credit score:755
no home/mortgage

i am looking for 60-100k loan. Would i qualify? If not, what do i have to do to improve my chances.

also my income is pretty low but i was wondering why would my income at my current job play a factor if i would leave it once the business opens?
