Mortgage with NRAM originally mortgage express, how difficult to get consent to let?

I know the fee is £1250 per year. I have an appointment tomorrow with them and was wondering what to expect. My salary has changed since I originally obtained the mortgage it is now less. Will this affect my consent to let eligibility?
