What do you have to pay for if you already own a house?

I am going off to college soon and my parents own the 2nd floor of a house we rent out. They are letting me move out of our own house and are letting me live there. Being a naive teenager, topics like mortgage are completely foreign to me. So besides electric and water bills, internet, food, etc. What would I have to pay for?
