Buying land and having Manufactured home placed on it, with one FHA loan?

Buying land and having Manufactured home placed on it, with one FHA loan?
Added (1). My husband and I got approved for $145k, we found a nice chunk of land with a tear down mobile on it for 38k and we found a brand new manufactured for 70-90k. WIth and FHA loan, could we buy the land and have the home placed on it? All while staying under the 145k?
