Will a credit check for our business loan affect my credit rating for my new mortgage? Help?!

We are due to complete on our house in the next couple of days however we have taken out a business loan at work and our bank has done a credit check under both our names (directors) will this effect my credit rating if the mortgage company do a last minute check on completion of our house?
