Will we qualify for a home loan?

My husband and I are looking to purchase a home for app. 120k. My income is 30k, CS 640. Husbands income is 10k, CS 750. Together we have about 25k in student loans that are being paid on. With my low credit score and his low income would this be possible? Thanks
