Added (1). Previous lender did not perform. Not even having us sign disclosures until days before the previous closing. It was the lender our real estate agent recommended. Since then everything has been on track with our chosen lender but the sellers have had to give a few extentions, we were never given enough time from the getko. 100% approved, awaiting appraiser to fix a repeat photo error that audit found.
