How to remove spouse name from deed on the mortgage of house?

I am currently going through a divorce me and spouse both have our name on the deed of the house I want his name removed as I have been paying the mortgage from the beginning of the mortgage with no assistance from spouse and I m the one who put in the initial deposit to gain the house also I have children to look after as a single parent but spouse wants house which I feel is unfair so how would I go about removing his name from deed so spouse does not get a share of the house. Any help would be much appreciated.
