Turning 18 tomorrow and I'm so f u c k i n g SCARED?!

I dont know anything about mortgages or renting or vehicles or ANYTHING about adulthood and I'm almost hyperventilating right now because my parents arent there for me and I dont know how I'm gonna survive when I dont even know how to talk on the phone without fear… Help
