Im younger and want to know about adult things?

My school doesn t teach things like how to get insurance when Your living alone or collateral or getting a mortgage or getting an apartment or anything like that so where can I go to learn about stuff like that I don t want to go straight to college after high school but still want to be prepared and have money to get a place and stuff is there a website or something
