UK: How do I find a good lawyer for financial abuse?

I get DLA but I don't actually get the money. It is paid to my mother against my consent. I have NO income. At first she said that she paid for everything anyway so I would just have to take it out and give it to her. The problem is that I have no help, no care, and no support. The only things she pays for are the weekly food shop (I checked receipts for 12 weeks and what I eat averages out at £35 per week), and a family holiday to literally the cheapest caravan she can find. I would happily pay for these if I had the money which is to care for me in the first place. Dad pays for council tax, mortgage (not now but did), gas, electricity, water, internet, and home phone. He gets no money from his wife for those. She puts it into premium bonds and has said that the only way I will get my own money is when she dies. Not only has she been stealing my only income for the last 11 years, she has been paid for holding it. I want the DLA from the last 7 years (I wanted it paid to me when I was 20. It should have been paid to me from 16. She told me to say that I would spend it all on video games and that I shouldn't be trusted with it). I have asked many times and she said I will only get it after she has died and I should thank her for "saving" it for me because I would just waste it on clothes (I only have 2 pairs of jeans, and almost everything came from a charity shop 50p rail).

TL;DR: Mom steals my benefits, gets paid for it, I want my money paid to me.
