With the new tax plan, does it mean that we all should see a bigger tax refund & see more money in our weekly paychecks?

I do my part as tax to death paying us citizen. I file my yearly taxes and claim my mortgage interest so I see a small percentage of my hard earned taxes that we're extortioned out of come back to me.
