Any advice on avoiding getting upset in the process of moving house?

I'm 15 and I've moved house quite a few times. I last moved into the apartment I live in now 8 months ago, I used to live in the same one a few years ago and moved back, but the last time I left it I got very very upset and so did my mum. I had so many panic attacks etc.

We have a lot more money now and can afford to do a shared ownership scheme on a house in the city we live. It's on a lovely, quiet, friendly, modern development on the beautiful canal in the city. There are no more 2 bedroom houses but there is a 3 bedroom house available. We've been accepted on the scheme so if we like it when we look around and can get a mortgage, we will be moving in.

It's for a big garden, it's huge, modern and spacious and in a perfect location. If we can afford it we will be leaving the flat again.

How do I stop it from being traumatic? I'm hoping it won't be as we aren't leaving the city like last time and the house is gorgeous!
