I do not live in Oregon but I do own a house there and rent it to my son. He pays only the monthly cost of the mortgage payments, and I do show a loss on the property each year on my Federal taxes. I lived in Oregon with my daughter for 3 months in 2013 while I was in transition to my new home in another state, during which time my income was my Social Security only. Am I required to file State Tax in Oregon under these circumstances?
