I live in Las Vegas, in my girlfriend's parents house, we are living in it and they living in a different state. They were helping pay the the mortgage but stopped because they couldn't afford it, so we stopped paying as well, because it way too much for my girlfriend and I. We have been living rent free for around 2 years+, and every year we get some sort "notice for auctions", etc-etc. We got another one this year again, should we start the packing process?
