This is one of those interesting questions about ethics.
Its is something I've always wondered.
I know that the homeowners are providing a service but they are also taking advantage of someone's inability to own their own home. The homeowner is using rent money to pay his/her mortgage so at the end of the day, its the renters that are buying the owner's home.
The only difference between someone who rents & someone who owns is the person who rents can't afford a down payment.
What do you think? Can anyone provide a counter-argument that its not taking advantage of other people's misfortune?
