How to make a business or investment worth millions of dollars?

I am 25 years old and a business administration graduate. My parents have given me two condos units that combined are worth close to 800 thousand dollars. There are no mortgages or loans, they bought it cash and it's all in my name. I really want to be successful on my own and I am looking for a business idea or investment that will make me a millionaire without my parents help. I was thinking of taking a 100 thousand dollars loan on one of these two condos and invest on something that will make me millions in a short period of time. That's why I would only take a 100 thousand loan. It's relatively low risk for me because I'm renting one of the condos and I get more than enough to pay for a 7 years loan minimum payment (I've already done that once and know how that works, the first time I took some money to pay for a new car and I already paid myself back) I would just be borrowing future money from me. But I just don't know where and what to invest on. Anyone has any ideas? Should I look at venture capitalist firms that would invest my money for me? Does anyone know where I can find this ideal deal for an investment? Ideas?

My parents won't trust me with money just to play with. If they give me large amounts it's for real estate purchases and that's all. I want to be my own person and successful and make millions and someday pay my parents all they've given me. And help people all over the world. Does anyone know a good way to point me at? There has to be a way.
