I'm just wonder how someone who's about 18 is suppose to go into the world on their own and come to own their own house/ property. Prices are high and you have yearly bills to pay. As for me; I'd like to own alot of acres and have a small house built. Its not that paying the bills will be the problem however but paying for the land. And I see how my mom owns this small house were in and she owns alot fo money from a mortgage.
1. How exactly is someone who's 18 who inherits nothing from their parents who's not rich and never got a scholarship, suppose to be able to get a house or some land on their own without a mortgage?
