I own a house in LA. I lived there 5 years then moved to NY, rented my house in LA.
I dont own another house anywhere else and I am renting a house in NY for myself.
Is the house in LA is my primary house?
Now that I dont live in the house and rent it out, do I have to tell loan officer to increase the mortgage rate?
