I and my friend bought a diverted land plot. We have a partnership deed as well. My friend has gone to work in abroad. He handed me a power of attorney in case we want to sell or mortgage the land plot. Now the power of attorney has expired. We want to take a loan against the property. Is there a way to get loan without my friend's physical presence here?
