If Scotland votes for independence will the realities cause a great hatred between Scots and England?

It seems to me that the Scots who want independence assume that England will leave its naval bases and shipyards in Scotland, guarantee the Scottish banks by sharing the pound, and continue to have a number of UK government organisations running in Scotland. They also assume that things like rail links will be maintained and even expanded up to the border (HS2).

If they vote independence the rest of the UK is bound to want to keep these in the country. The Scotts threaten to abandon their share of the UK debt, to which the rUK threaten to sieze assets (e.g. Transferring mortgages of properties mortgaged with Scottish banks to a UK organisation).

I can see the whole thing ending up with arguments, fights, and both people hating each other. That is a real shame, especially for people living on the borders. Do you think this will happen?
