Is there somewhere I can go to tell someone that someone threatened to beat the crap out of me?

So I live in a town full of juvenile delinquents who don't like to be wrong or realize their mistakes. I'm sick of being threatened, but there's nobody I can go to that can help me, I can't move because we're so broke we're already 400 dollars behind on mortgage. Is there anyone that I can tell that can do something about it? I'm 14.
