Please give me some advice! No one ever anwers. Did I do the right thing?

A former friend of mine keeps going back to this douche bag who pops pills, steals, cheats, and uses her. He's not the type of person I would want to spend my time with. He's a bum. Well, his roommate won't allow her to come over anymore, so she asked me if they could crash at my place. I told her she's more than welcome here, but he isn't. I'm not going to risk getting evicted for a druggie who constantly fights with her. She got mad and called me a fake, horrible friend and that I was just someone to talk to when she needed advice. Does anybody agree with me putting my foot down and saying no? I need to look out for myself and not worry about their unhealthy relationship.
