I close on my home tomorrow, the 8th of May. Will my first payment be due in June or July? I'm sure there are exceptions, but in a majority of cases when would it be due? I am a little confused on how the whole process works to be honest and am unable to get ahold of my lender. :-/ thanks in advance everyone!
