A: a spacious apartment, well decorated, close to the city centre in a posh location, bright decor, reasonably modern, space for self employed business, family friendly, rented, good landlord, small court yard area with some road noise, busy main road, 3 bedrooms and large conservatory, memories and attachment there (only moved in 8 months ago but have lived there previously a few years ago).

B: a 2/3 bedroom family house, well decorated, modern, minimalist (to put own stamp on), over 2 floors, garden (meaning you could get a dog), on a quiet posh estate, family orientated, near the beautiful canal in the city, friendly area by lots of walks and nature, shared ownership (part rent, part mortgage- rare opportunity so close to the city), slightly further walk to the train station everyday, maybe slightly cheaper bills and rent, possibly less room for home business (second job).
