It all started with our landlord wanting to sell the property which is fine. However it got up to a point where it's just enough is enough.
1)First they started to sell the property prior to us moving out and handing in an notice letter. People started to come in and view the property prior to the one month we have to leave the property. So my question is can they do that even though it was before the actual last month of our departure of the property as tenants?
2) am I allowed to let anyone in apart from the landlord even though they are from letting agency?
3) the way they are scheduling the look-at-the property is I think wrong because what they tend to do is for example call me on Monday at about 11am and saying there are people coming in Today to view the property? - what is the legal requirement for that?
4) when we stood up to the fact because our new born addition to the family got off the hospital, are they able to not respect the privacy and other ethics of that specific situation?
5) the landlord now threatened us about her '**** mortgage' that she has to pay and she will take the deposit to COVER HER MORTGAGE OF THE HOUSE! -- my question regards to this is, I am pretty sure that deposit is about house and strictly about structural damage and condition of the house, so how does it comply with her not getting buyer for the house because we refused to agreed to let them view property almost every day?
