My previous old insurance company is claiming the money, they compensated to third party in an accident i was involved. The insurance company filed a case in court. And the money is about £12000.
My question is just in case if i loose and i have to pay the compensated amount and if i pay in installments. DO i get black listed in terms of getting a mobile contract or house mortgage in future?
so in simple words if i loose, would i be able to get a house mortgage after that?
Added (1). bear in mind i live in UK… So please suggest me the answer according to UK law.
