Filing a QuitClaim deed in NH?

Hello. In 2011, I filed for divorce and allowed my Ex-husband to keep the manufactured home, which is in a park. We had an owner financed mortgage. We are both on the mortgage, but with the divorce, he is now responsible for everything, including the park rent. (The home will be paid off in 3 years.).

So, because he wasn't able to buy me out, I am still on the deed. Which is ok, but I'd like to possibly, buy a home in the same park, and the bylaws state that I can only have one deed in my name in the park.

Is a Quit Claim deed something I need to file? Any advice or suggestions? Thank you. Just confused and how to proceed.
