I am on a refinanced mortgage with my partner. I don't know if I'm on the deed. Can she sell w/o my permissi?

We were together 17 years. She bought the house originally. The last time we refinanced my name was on the mortgage. She wants to sell but I told her she has to have my consent. I'm not sure if I'm on the deed. Would the bank have required that?
