If I make $2000 a month can I afford to live on my own?

I want to buy an apartment that's $650 a month, and I have a full time job that pays $8.50 a month then I have a second part time job that pays $8 an hour, I know I'll have to pay other bills besides rent, I don't pay for my medical insurance so I don't have to worry about that. Would you think I can survive?
