I am a single male. I don't have any professional work skills and not a proper job. I teach music piano privately 8 hrs wk but this doesn't really pay anything.
I am about to sell my house and this will allow me to pay off my mortgage of £170k, and credit cards and leave me with £220,000 in cash.
I am contemplating my options about how I can use this money to start a new life. Whether to relocate abroad for 1year, go travelling etc, or buy a small flat for myself.
Or maybe use the money to generate an income in some business of some kind.
Any ideas would be welcome
