I bought a house for my brother, his wife and son under my name because his credit was low.
I wanted to help them out for a year or 2 so they could settle down.
They are currently making the payments on time for over a year.
I want to move out of state and clear the mortgage out of my name.
How do I do that without my brother and his family having to move out the house?
Can I transfer the loan to their name?
Or do I have to sell the house and lose the 12-14 months of mortgage that has been paid?
