I have recently split form my partner and we have a house together. I am a bit unsure in what to do next…
He had an appt with the mortgage advisor and has been approved for the mortgage on his own and so I am being sent a form to remove myself from the mortgage.
We still have the title deeds - he is due me money and so I don't want to sign anything until I know what is happening. Should I contact my own solicitor so sort out some sort of agreement?
Does anyone know roughly how much this will cost me?
